Free Hello Spring Bulletin Board Printable!
Do you ever blink and suddenly it’s the next season, the next holiday, or the next week? If you decorate for holidays or seasons, you know how quickly time flies. One moment, it’s New Year’s, and before you know it, you’re prepping for Earth Day!
As an in-home childcare provider, I know how exciting seasonal changes are for the little ones. Seeing their joy when they walk in and notice new decorations makes it all worth it. That’s why I keep up with my seasonal bulletin boards—they bring so much fun and color into our space!
How to Get Started with a Spring Bulletin Board
If you’ve never set up a bulletin board before, or you’re unsure if it’s worth it, let’s walk through the basics.
Many in-home daycare providers hesitate because they don’t want their entire home taken over by daycare décor. If that’s your concern, consider these space-saving ideas:
- Find a small, out-of-the-way spot. My bulletin board is in the garage, right outside my daycare entrance, on the side of a cabinet.
- Use a portable display. A poster board that you can slide away at the end of the day is a great option.
- Utilize a bare wall. If you have a little extra space, a bulletin board can add color without overwhelming your home.
No matter where you put it, the kids will love it—and so will you!

Here are some tips to make the most of your display:
Laminate your pieces for durability. This helps keep them in great condition for future use.
Check print sizes before printing. There are two different sizes available for some pages.
–This is my favorite laminator from Amazon. I have had it for a while and it works great!
–These laminating sheets are perfect. They’re affordable and last a long time.
I used to buy pre-made bulletin board decorations on Amazon, but I’ve found that making my own is much more fun!
